Rob Dumont, manager of building performance for the Saskatchewan Research Council, has twenty-eight years of experience with low energy buildings. He has been involved with a number of early innovative projects including one of the first residential air to air heat exchangers, the computer program HOTCAN (now marketed as HOT-2000), and the Saskatchewan Conservation House.
