Skye Dunning is the founder of Building Performance Specialists of Wilmington, North Carolina, a whole-house building performance contracting company specializing in sealing crawl spaces and installing/repairing solar equipment. Skye has performed over two hundred whole-house diagnostic inspections and has certified over one hundred twenty houses for the ENERGY STAR^® program.
