Chris Palladino has helped lead public/private development projects during his ten year career in urban planning and real estate.  He is the project director of Fall Creek Place, a nationally recognized mixed-income community in Indianapolis, Indiana containing over 400 new and rehabilitated homes.  Chris has published articles in Urban Land and Planning magazines.
