Sherry Minkis is the president of Minkis Homes and Minkis Construction, both certified Woman Business Enterprises which have been operational for twenty years.  As president, Sherry handles all legal, financing, sales, design, and client relations.  In 2001, Minkis Homes was selected as one of the charter builders in Fall Creek Place, Indianapolis, Indiana.  Since then, Minkis Homes has completed seventy homes there.
