Bruce Manclark TAM 15N, TPM 15, H&C 8

Bruce Manclark is co-owner of Delta-T, Inc., an Oregon-based energy services company. He has spent twenty-five years working in the field of energy conservation. He has been a proponent of pressure diagnostics, performance testing, and contractor training. Under Bruce's direction, Delta-T crews have rehabilitated more than 5,500 duct systems, focusing on tightness, balancing, and achieving correct fan performance.
