John Snell is an energy efficiency consultant at Peregrine Energy Group where he provides technical support for multifamily and federal facility energy efficiency projects in New England.  John is working with the Healthy Public Housing Initiative in Boston to identify integrated energy and health upgrades in Boston’s Public Housing
