Nick Milano is a technical field monitor with Ohio's Home Weatherization Assistance Program, and the Electric Partnership Program.  He provides guidance and technical assistance to Ohio HWAP and EPP providers. He holds both an HVAC and Hydronics License in Ohio and has been performing residential HVAC and insulation retrofits for eight years.
