Rana Belshe, owner, Conservation Connection Consulting, was an early practitioner and believer in tech transfer.  She influenced blower door, shell, and air-tightening training that persists.  She has achieved results for both public and private sector customers.  Her commitment to integrating increased occupant education and electric baseload reduction into whole house thinking is tenacious.
