Richard Courtney is a program specialist for the West Virginia Weatherization Assistance Program.  With twenty-five years of experience, his responsibilities include program monitoring, training field personnel, and research and development of new methods and techniques. He is a certified IR thermographer. Richard also assists at the West Virginia Training and Energy Services Center.
