Lyn Bartges has twenty years of experience as a program specialist with the West Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity for the Weatherization Assistance Program. Her experience includes compliance monitoring, training, and technical assistance. Recently she managed a utility partnership and designed and developed a global statistical reporting database, certification, and curriculum for energy educators.
