Rob McCorkle is the Director of Finance for Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC) and also manages WECC’s residential energy loan program, marketed as Energy Finance Solutions (EFS).  Under Rob’s management since 2000, EFS has helped develop and administer third-party financing programs for a number of utilities, state agencies, and energy service organizations throughout the country.
