Bruce Matulich is the executive director of the Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA), which administers the Interest Rate Buydown Program for the CAPUC. With over twenty-five years of experience in the energy services, gas, and electric utility industries, Bruce has developed and implemented utility and third-party energy efficiency programs, including some of the most extensive energy efficiency programs in the country.
