Andrew Padian is senior housing specialist with Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA), a diverse building systems consulting firm. He has twenty-five years of experience in building science solutions for new and existing buildings. Andy’s particular expertise and interest is diagnosing and solving problems in multifamily housing. He is the author of numerous publications on making multifamily buildings more sustainable.
