Dominic DiVenere is President of Parliament Builders, Inc. Dominic has been involved with weatherization programs in Illinois since 1984, and is also a State-certified energy auditor. His company has been an approved weatherization contractor for more than 20 years, bringing extensive experience in construction management, rehabilitation, and the heating and air conditioning industry. Dominic has worked for the City of Chicago Department of Housing program since the mid-1980s, providing emergency heating, roofing, porches, and other rehab work throughout the City of Chicago.
