Chris Benedict is principal of her architectural firm, Chris Benedict, R.A., in New York City.  She specializes in high performance multifamily building, both substantial gut rehabs and new construction.  Chris's most recent new construction buildings will use less than twenty-five percent of the energy of a typical building of the same size and type, but are built for the same price as typical construction.
