Mark Dyen is vice president of business development for the Conservation Services Group Inc. (CSG). Mark developed and implemented residential utility conservation programs in New England and in Montreal. He is in charge of the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR^® and ENERGY STAR^® Labeled Homes initiatives that CSG is implementing on behalf of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).                         &nbs p;                           ;
