Elizabeth Chant is weatherization director at CVOEO, a community action agency serving northwestern Vermont.  She has specialized in multifamily projects since 1997 when she developed the award-winning energy-efficiency program at VEIC that serves low income multifamily housing. Before moving into energy efficiency in the mid-1990s, Elizabeth was director of communication for a private nonprofit in Massachusetts.
