Glen Salas, PE, works for D&R International in Silver Spring, Maryland. For twenty years he has applied innovative technical solutions, and has designed and monitored the construction of everything from back-yard decks to geothermal power plants.  Glen provides outreach and information services for the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH).
