Joe Kuonen is the president of Comfort Diagnostics and Solutions, a building performance contracting company in Arkansas. He has performed blower door testing, energy ratings, and home diagnostics for twenty years. A licensed HVAC contractor, he personally sells over one million dollars annually in building performance retrofitting based on diagnostics and building science.
