THPM 3 - Quantifying Duct Leakage (In field)

This in-field session will demonstrate how to perform different duct leakage diagnostic tests and compare the results. Pros and cons of each test will be discussed, including accuracy, simplicity, equipment requirements, and interpretation of results. Methods will include Delta-Q, pressure pans, and Duct Blaster® tests. Recommendations for use of the tests will be discussed.
 
By attending this session, participants will
 
  1. Learn about different diagnostic tests for duct leakage in homes
  2. Discover when the different duct leakage tests should be used
  3. See how the tests are done in practice, including how long testing takes
