Panel: Utility and Stakeholder Collaboration for Better Homes

Many programs and incentives have been implemented with the intent of influencing the performance and energy efficiency in new homes. Some have changed the market place while others have not had a lasting impact. Energy raters continually work with builders and their subcontractors. What are the elements of successful programs, initiatives, and relationships? This session is for people who want to increase the impact of their work with builders and their trade contractors.
