Quality: Whose Job is it Anyway?
With the increasing
focus on quality, a clear understanding of what high quality is and how to achieve it is vital. Systems, procedures, and management methods that ensure
quality will be addressed. Learn to identify sources of substandard quality, such as management procedures and policies, supervisory/personnel actions, work
environment, inspection methods, and failure in communication. We will demonstrate that, in the end, management has the responsibility for quality and how to
live up to that responsibility.
