….and Senator on Line 3. How do you and your organization react when crisis hits? The best responders are generally those organizations 

that have thought through what is the worst that can happen and then have a plan in place BEFORE a crisis hits. While a plan cannot predict every possible 

crisis and how to manage it, it can at least outline some basics of who will take responsibility for what. Using examples familiar to weatherization, the 

speakers will draw on their experience, both as weatherization directors and communication professionals, to outline how you can plan for and manage crisis 

communication.
