Getting to Decision Makers in Multifamily Projects

Opportunities for weatherization programs to work with multifamily buildings are often missed because the ownership and management 

structures of multifamily projects are not understood. If the decision maker is hard to find (and often they are!), it can be impossible to move forward, 

even with the best of projects. This session puts together a nonprofit multifamily property manager with a weatherization director giving you the whole 

picture with sound strategies on working together.

By attending this session, 

participants will

1.      Gain strategies for identifying and reaching the decision maker(s) in multifamily projects

2.      Understand the structures of different types of property management firms - nonprofit and for profit

3.      Find out what motivates different decision makers in multifamily housing
