Making Sure of Your Job Quality

How does a home performance contracting company assure quality? Hear real-world approaches to quality assurance processes in daily practice. These include in-house orientation and training, as well as test-out and other measures. Learn how to use on-the-job training and field protocols to ensure quality installations. Various forms of employee motivation, ensuring the right tools for the job, and a check-up process to assure that quality workmanship is being performed in home performance will also be discussed.
