Looking for facts about green jobs? No one understands their workforce needs better than employers themselves. It stands to reason, then, that one of the best ways to get to the truth about clean energy jobs is through comprehensive employer surveys and interviews. That's the approach that a group of researchers is taking in Massachusetts. The collaboration includes the New England Clean Energy Council, Renewable Energy Trust, and a variety of university and state agency representatives.

By attending this session, participants will

Explore the results from the employer surveys and interviews
Determine what jobs will be needed, from entry level to technically advanced
Discuss future expectations and needs.
