David Cohan

David Cohan is the codes & standards manager for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). He has worked in energy efficiency since 1991 as a consultant, a “virtual” staff member at a utility and, for nine years, at NEEA. David has worked mainly on program planning and evaluation; five years ago he became the implementer for NEEA’s code support efforts.
