Patrick Keeganis the Northwest regional director for Ecos, a clean energy services firm in Portland, Oregon.  Pat started doing energy efficiency program work twenty-five years ago in Washington State. He spent eight years doing international energy and climate change work and then started an energy efficiency nonprofit group in Colorado before returning to the Northwest last year.
