Sarah F. Moore

Sarah Fielding Moore is the residential sector lead for BPA's Energy Efficiency team. She has a strong conservation background including river conservation, waste prevention, and recycling. Just prior to joining BPA, Sarah was a program manager of a five-state, residential energy efficiency program for PacifiCorp in the territories of Utah, Washington, Idaho, Northern California, and Wyoming.
