David Hales

David Hales has over twenty-five years in the construction industry. He works as a building scientist, and technical trainer at Washington State University. David is involved with the design, construction, and performance evaluation of energy efficient buildings and provides technical support for the ENERGY STAR® Homes Northwest Program, Building America, and utility programs in the Northwest.
