Cheryl Fretz

Cheryl Fretz, LC, LS, is a program manager at Fluid Market Strategies. Fluid holds the contract for implementation of the Northwest ENERGY STAR® Homes program where Cheryl’s role includes utility coordination for the state of Oregon and lighting specialist lead for the four-state region. She has five years of experience as a lighting specialist for utility lighting incentive programs.
