Chris Clay

Chris Clay is the technical coordinator for the Building Performance Center (BPC) of Bellingham, Washington, a division of The Opportunity Council. Chris coordinates fees for service projects such as weatherization and crawl space retrofits and provides weatherization training services for Washington State’s Peer Circuit Rider Training Program.
