A major barrier to increasing the air tightness and energy efficiency of multifamily buildings is nonexistent or ineffective ventilation. Examine opportunities to address both air sealing and indoor air quality as part of a comprehensive retrofit strategy. Learn how ventilation system aerosealing, heat recovery ventilators, and infrared camera results can lead to integrated solutions. What do we know about indoor relative humidity in multifamily buildings, and what are the implications for us?
