Tom Eckman
Tom Eckman is the manager of conservation resources for the Northwest Power and Conservation Council where he has worked since 1982. His responsibilities include the assessment of the energy conservation potential in the Pacific Northwest region and the development of a regional plan for conservation acquisition.
