Vince Pacheco
Vince Pacheco has studied and implemented residential energy loss solutions for the past twelve years. He is a trainer for the State of Oregon Weatherization Training & Certification Program. Vince works with Community Services Consortium as their crew leader and is responsible for furnace performance upgrades and duct sealing to OECA standards.
