Phil Kaluza
Phil Kaluza, owner of EnergyTools.com, has twenty years of experience in the building science and internal air quality (IAQ) fields, including six years as the Alaska state energy program manager. He is a trainer with the Alaska Building Science Network. Phil has been involved in several residential IAQ studies involving the house / garage connection in Alaska.
