Jeff Harris
Jeff Harris is senior manager for planning for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. He has been involved in both residential and new construction projects for NEEA including ENERGY STAR® and Super GOOD CENTS. In addition to developing technical specifications, Jeff has provided technical and policy support to various energy code forums in the Northwest.
