Marquam George
Marquam George has been the president of blu Spruce Construction and a general contractor with a residential endorsement since 1982. He is also an Associate Professor of Construction Technology at the University of Alaska Southeast and a committee member of ASHRAE 62.2-Ventilation and Acceptable Indoor Air Quality in Low-Rise Residential Buildings.
