Chuck Eberdt
Chuck Eberdt has worked in residential energy efficiency since 1978. His activities include developing training programs for builders and code officials, and organizing conferences on energy efficient building construction. As energy project director he has endeavored to leverage funds and design programs to help low income households maintain access to energy services they can afford.
