John Davies has fourteen years of experience as assessor, investigator, trainer, and production manager with community action weatherization programs in Minnesota and Washington. He is at the forefront of integrating IAQ mitigation strategies in the weatherization program with his work for the Building Performance Center in Bellingham, Washington.
