Kacia Brockman
Kacia Brockman is the solar program manager for the Energy Trust of Oregon, a nonprofit organization that invests "public purpose funding" in energy efficiency and renewable projects. Her program invests approximately two million dollars annually in financial incentives for new solar energy systems, solar training for the building industry, and public outreach.
