WEVE 2 - Using the Media to Sell the Whole House Approach

Educate and inform the public about health, safety, comfort, affordability and durability of buildings. Get consumers to take the actions you want based on your efforts. Join us as we explore means of communicating important concepts and information to the "masses.” See examples of the various forms of media that have been created and used by contractors to educate consumers and establish their company's reputation. Included are presentations of a radio talk show and the use of the internet and newspapers.
By attending this session, participants will
1. Recognize ways to use local media to motivate consumers to become your customers
  1. Understand proven models that have been used to accomplish consumer education and marketing strategies
  2. Find out about step-by-step processes you need to know and do in order to tap local media channels
