SOLV 3 - Bringing the Ducts Inside

Learn about the multiple benefits of bringing central forced air system duct work within the conditioned envelope. Is there a difference between bringing ducts inside and expanding conditioned space around the ducts? How do you know if ducts are really inside? Participants will see how ducts have been successfully brought inside conditioned space in two demonstration projects in the Northwest and hear a builder’s experience first hand.
By attending this session, participants will
- Learn the benefits of bringing ducts inside
- Examine different approaches to incorporating systems within conditioned space
- Hear first hand experience from a builder who made the change
