New homes have the option of providing efficient lighting utilizing bulbs or fixtures. This represents a change in the way builders buy and install products. Representatives from successful builders and utility program staff will demonstrate practices and products that are successful for many builders in the Northwest.
By attending this session, participants will
- Understand practices and techniques that will help you incorporate efficient lighting in new homes in a smooth and cost-effective manner
- See firsthand the products and applications that are most promising and those that are still most challenging
- Learn from examples of how builders have overcome past product, market, and consumer hurdles
