Well, guess what? People across all professions experience this self critique. And so do your clients! Taking a strategic approach to behavioral change can help you align your educational messages. This session is about gaining control and applying strategies that sustain life-affirming choices.

  1. Examine current client education objectives and practices
  2. Explore stages of behavioral change and their application to weatherization
  3. Develop a framework to measure personal and program success
