Lighting design is a carefully thought out process that involves a mixture of technical information, aesthetics, and most importantly, common sense. In this session, you will learn about basic lighting terminology along with a simple to understand thought process that will make lighting less of a daunting task. Topics will include appearance of light, quantity of light, design process, basic lamp types, and fixture characteristics.
