GRN 5 - Residential Green: Local Case Studies

This session will provide an analysis of a basket of residential green projects. The presenter will show a comparison of costs, materials, construction techniques, and common pitfalls in green building. MaGrann currently has over 50 green building projects covering many different aspects of residential construction from multi-family affordable to custom luxury homes. This presentation will illustrate the components common to each market segment and building type. Through an in-depth review of case studies, the attendee should expect to come away with insight into what challenges and opportunities exist within residential green building projects of almost any type.
