Valentina Rozanova

Valentina Rozanova is an Energy Engineer with NJ SmartStart Buildings Program and began her career at the New York State Department of Transportation. She also assisted in the design and construction administration of high rise buildings while working with Thornton-Tomasetti, Inc. in Newark, NJ.
