Mark Loeser brings more than 25 years of experience in power plant operations, training, regulatory affairs and project management. His primary responsibilities as New Jersey's Clean Energy Program^TM Technical Director are to manage the Program Inspection process, evaluate new technologies and help craft program rules to achieve the state’s renewable energy goals.
