A. Tamasin Sterner is the owner and founder of Pure Energy. Pure Energy specializes in assisting gas and electric utilities in developing and implementing low income weatherization and efficiency programs as well as performing quality assurance inspections, customer energy education, energy audits, and  training workshops. Since 1980, Pure Energy has supported over forty thousand low income residents in five states.
